Driving Directions from I-485:

From the Inner or the Outer Loop of I-485, take the Matthews Exit #52. At the stoplight, turn EAST toward Monroe (AWAY from Matthews/Charlotte). NOTE: the road name will change from Monroe Road to Old Charlotte Highway. Eight miles from I-485, cross over railroad tracks and then through a stoplight at Rocky River Road. Heading East on Hwy. 74, turn RIGHT onto Rocky River Road (Kangaroo Gas Station on the right at intersection). At the first stoplight on Rocky River Road, turn LEFT onto Old Charlotte Highway (Ron’s Diner across the street at intersection). Driving Directions from Monroe/Wingate on Hwy. 74:

Heading West on Hwy. 74, turn LEFT onto Dickerson Blvd. at Monroe Mall. Turn RIGHT onto Old Charlotte Highway (Suntrust Bank on the right at the intersection). Travel 1.8 miles and Carolina Occ Med will be on your RIGHT with Kleen Rite Car Wash.
